Selecting color corrections with downloadable utility files
When you download a color correction utility file to the printer, Switches 8
and 9 on the printer’s rear panel must both be in the up position for the color
correction option to take effect. For example, before you download the
Simulate Display (DISPLAY.PS) file to the printer, make sure Switches 8 and 9
are both up. Both switches must remain in the up position for the
downloaded color correction to be available. If either switch’s position is
changed, the default color correction changes, although the default is
restored when you put both switches back in the up position again. Refer to
the topic “Selecting color corrections with a printer switch” on page 10 for
more information.
