When you select one or more jobs in the Active Jobs or Jobs window, you can display 
context-sensitive menus containing job management commands that pertain to the 
selected jobs.

When multiple jobs are selected, you can right-click any of the selected jobs.

Job Status Helper

Toggles the display of the Job Status Helper. A checkmark next 
to the command indicates that the helper is displayed.

<Job Name>

Brings the open Preview window of the named job to the 
foreground. This menu option appears for each Preview 
window you have open.

More Previews

Opens a Previews window where you can activate, close, 
cascade, and minimize the open Preview windows.

Index Help

Opens the online help documentation.
