Press the line selection button next to Scan Job.

If ADF is selected and no paper is detected, the copier/printer will scan

Choose the Original Size of your scan job.
Choose from A3, A4, A45-SEF, Letter, Letter-SEF, or Tabloid.

Press the line selection button next to Image Options.

Choose the Color Mode.
Choose either Color, Grayscale, or Black and White.
10.
Choose the Resolution of your scan job.
Choose 100, 200, 300, or 400.

Sending the scan job to a specific destination
When you initiate the scan, you select where to send the file. After you select the
appropriate settings for your scan job using the previous procedure, you can specify the
location to send the scan. You can send the scan to a Fiery mailbox, to the Hold queue,
or to an e-mail address.

After you have selected your settings, press the line selection button next to
Add Destination.
