You can specify the date and time at which a scheduled training session starts, its
occurrence, and its estimated duration. You can also determine whether, and how
many minutes in advance, to allow attendees to join the training session and audio
conference prior to the start time.

On the navigation bar, click Host a Session > Schedule Training > Date and Time.
