statistics using the View Disk Usage option on the System tab as well as the

Viewing Disk Usage Statistics
In the System tab, the View Disk Usage Statistics choice assists you in
monitoring the amount of disk space currently being used in the
MeetingPlace system. Unlike the Disk Usage Report (Chapter 5), which
shows you usage statistics for each user, these disk usage statistics include
values for the entire MeetingPlace system, including:
