Monitoring Progress
To monitor progress after a system startup, watch the lights on the upper part
of the front panel (see Figure 6-6). The Alarm lights on the right indicate

Maintaining the MeetingPlace M3 Server
The MeetingPlace M3 server requires little hardware maintenance. However,
due to general dust accumulation, the filter screens on each of the fans need
to be replaced once per year.

Maintaining the User Database
When users leave your organization, you should disable their access to
MeetingPlace by either deactivating them or removing them from your user
database.
