Make sure that the CSA is disabled, and click OK in the pop-up window.
Step 2
In the Cisco Unified CCX Administrator Setup page, take these actions:
a.
From Cisco Unified CCX Setup drop down list, choose Single Node.
b.
Click the Setup button.
The Cisco Unified CM Configuration page displays.
