: Install Global Configurator. 

       •    Install from the Software Products CD-ROM, or
       •    Download from Extron Web site.

: Make the IPL T PC1 cable connections.

.  c Switch or sensor (to contact closure Input port)

: Create a Global Configurator project file, add a  

 

device, and configure it.  Build and upload the GC project  

 

file.  Launch the GlobalViewer

®

 interface. 

   1.  c Download device drivers.
 

.  c Create a new Global Configurator project file.

 

.  c Add a device.

Define the location of the new device.

 

.  c Save the new Global Configurator file.

 

.  c Enter contacts.

 

.  c Create e-mail messages.

 

.  c Enter output receptacle and contact input port

.  c Assign device drivers.

 

. c Set scheduled actions and e-mail deliveries.

 

. c Set monitored conditions.

 

. c Build the Global Configurator file. 

 

. c Upload the Global Configurator file.
