Mensilmente o dopo ogni gara, è necessario svitare la vite
di spurgo aria (1A, con cacciavite a croce) posto sulla
sommità di ogni portastelo, per scaricare la pressione che
può crearsi all’interno degli steli. Questa pressione è
generata dall’aria che può entrare negli steli durante
l’utilizzo e che, per la particolare comformazione degli
anelli di tenuta, non riesce ad uscire causando un
malfunzionamento della forcella.
A fine operazione, ungere leggermente l’anello OR(1B) e
(1A) e serrare nuovamente la vite di spurgo (1A) alla
coppia prescritta.

screw (1A with cross-type screwdriver) on the top of each
slider, to depressurize the legs. This pressure is produced
by the air trapped inside while riding. Due to the special
oil seal shape, the air cannot go out, thus causing some
fork problems.
When finished, slightly lubricate O-ring (1B) and (1A)
and tighten again bleeder screw (1A) to the specified
torque.

- Assemble the stanchion tubes in the lower + upper
crown and position them at the same height.
- Tighten the fastening screws of the stanchion tubes on
the lower + upper crown using a torque of 25 Nm,
following the above 1-2-1 procedure.
- Tighten the locking nuts of the wheel pin on the sliders
using a torque of 10 Nm, following the above 1-2-1
procedure.

- Installare i portastelo nella base e nella testa di sterzo
posizionandoli alla stessa altezza.
- Serrare le viti di fissaggio dei portastelo sulla base e
sulla testa di sterzo alla coppia di 25 Nm, seguendo la
procedura 1-2-1 illustrata in precedenza.
- Serrare le viti di fissaggio del perno ruota sui portaruota
alla coppia di 10 Nm, con procedura 1-2-1.
