6-6  KN-304  Network Board

NetBIOS Name

Define the NetBIOS name.  The default is KON-(serial number).

Primary NetBIOS Name Server

The IP address of the primary NetBIOS name server can be entered/displayed.

Secondary NetBIOS Name Server

The IP address of the secondary NetBIOS name server can be entered/displayed.

Primary Server Registration

If the primary server is defined, a message appears.

Secondary Server Registration

If the secondary server is defined, a message appears.

Enable LPD banner

Check this box to allow the printer to print the LPD banner page in every print job (only in lpd/

lpr printing).

If the password is not yet entered, you have to enter the password to enter or change settings.

Initially the password is defined as “sysadm”.

On completion of entry, click [Accept Settings].  Now the values entered are effective.  To

restore the original values, click [Clear Input].

To enable the KN-304's new parameter values for the IP-011 printer controller, turn on and off

power of the 7020 series.
