The digital timing signals are pins 36 and 43:

Pin 36 is SCAN CLK, the signal used as a clock for the
SCXI-1141/1142/1143 module multiplexer counter. The DAQ device
pulses this signal at the end of each conversion if the module is in
multiplexed mode.
