If the above steps do not correct the problem, see the manual that comes 
with the Di620/520 for other steps you can take.

The On-line indicator on the 
Di620/520 control panel 
does not light when power is 
turned on. (cont’d.)

The printer driver you are 
trying to use may not be the 
right one for the Di620/520.

Check the printer name 
specified in the “Print” dialog 
box and make sure it is 
correct.

There may be an incomplete 
print job in Di620/520 
memory.

Check the job list on the 
Di620/520 control panel to 
find out the job sequence.

The print job may have 
become locked.

Check the job list on the 
Di620/520 control panel to 
find out if your job is locked. 
If it is, unlock it.

The Pi6000 is not connected 
to your network.

Contact your network 
administrator.

The print job was cancelled.

Check the Di620/520 control 
panel. If an error is indicated, 
go to the Di620/520 
Operator’s Manual for details 
on what you should do.

Multiple copy sets are 
mistakenly stapled together.

The settings of your 
application may be 
conflicting with the printer 
driver settings.

In your application, turn off 
collate and specify only one 
copy. Use the driver to 
specify collate and the 
number of copies to be 
printed.

Too many copies are printed.
