Error List
In case of an error, the message “A problem occurred in the external 
expansion section (trouble code)” will appear on the control panel of the 
Di620.
The meaning of each trouble code is given in the table below. When an 
error occurs, refer to the table and take the suggested corrective actions.

Turn on the copier power again.

There was a time-out error in the host 
PC.
Increase the time-out value in the 
"Parallel" menu of the Setting Utility in 
the DOS Remote Panel.

enabled, a print job was attempted 
without entering the account number 
into the printer driver.
Input the correct account number in the 
driver.
With the Di620 Administrator Mode 
enabled, a print job was attempted 
using the wrong account number 
entered into the printer driver.

when the account copy limit has 
already been reached.
Consult the copier administrator.
