If you have pressed 

.65&on the headset when it is ringing, it 

mutes the ring tone of the headset. The ring tone resumes on 
the next call.

•    Other electronic products such as HAM radios and other DECT 

phones, can cause interference with your cordless headset. Try 
installing your headset charger as far away as possible from 
these types of electronic devices.

•  Install the battery again, and then place the cordless headset in 

the headset charger. Wait for the cordless headset to reestablish 
its connection with the headset charger. Allow up to one minute 
for this to take place. 

•   Your telephone line cord may be defective. Install a new 

telephone line cord.

•    If other phones in your home or office are having the same 

problem, the problem is in your wiring or local service. Contact 
your telephone service provider (charges may apply).

•    Test a working phone at the phone jack. If another phone has 

the same problem, there may be a problem with the phone 
jack, wiring or service. Contact your telephone service provider 
(charges may apply).

•  You need to deregister the headset from the current Dongle 

base (page 22), and then register it to the new headset base.
