The RFID tag is used for locating persons and assets in a defined area, which is covered by a
network of RFID readers (FCC ID: 2AA2YREADER101).

2.
Installation Instructions
2.1.
Using the Device as a Tag
The device may be used by a person (for example by using a special pocket or just by putting the
tag into a badge holder). The device may be installed on physical items, such as computers,
mechanical machines or any other asset. In that case, the device may be installed by fixing it to

2.2.
Using the Device as a Gateway
When using the tag as a gateway it should be connected to a computer using a simple USB to

Operation Instructions
3.1.
Activating the Device
Once installed, the device should be activated by pushing the led on the side of the device 3
consecutive times. The device should flash red 3 times and then start blinking in red.

Verifying Connectivity for Tag Mode
If there is a reader device in the area, the device should start blinking in green after a while. If
there is not reader present at the proximity of the device it will blink red.

3.3.
Turning the Device Off
The device is turned off by pressing the led on the side of the device 3 consecutive times. The
device will flash green 3 times and then will turn off.
