Before you use your Device, do the following: 



  Charge the battery 



  Unlock your Device 

The following sections walk you through the above actions in addition to providing information 

about the Device interface.  

To charge your Device, connect it to a power outlet using the included power adapter.  

The indicator light on the bottom edge of the device will turn amber while charging and green 
when the battery is fully charged. When your Device is on, a lightning bolt will appear on the 
battery indicator at the top of the screen. If the indicator light does not turn green, make sure that 
the power cable is fully inserted into your Device and that the power adapter is securely inserted 
into the power outlet. If your Device is still not charging, try another electrical outlet.   

Fully charging your Device should take 4 hours. When fully charged, the battery indicator will 
appear filled. 

To unlock your Device, press the power button to wake it up and display the unlock screen, then 

press the orange ribbon and swipe your finger to the left across the screen.

connecting to a Wi-Fi network and registering your Device to a Company account.
