Steps to take
1.
Press the menu key.

Tap successively on answer.machine

Enter a name for the announcement using the keypad.

Tap on OK to complete the entry.
5.
Tap on OK to start the recording.
6.
Record the announcement.
7.
Tap on OK to stop the recording.
8.
Tap on playback.
You will hear the announcement you just recorded.

Tap on store.
Note: f you are not satisfied with the results, tap on new announcement.
