5.4. Motor with brake
If a motor with a brake (connection in the mechanical motor brake) is connected, the 400 V AC brake must 
be connected to the 2/T1 and 6/T3 connections. A  230 V AC-brake should be connected to the
 
4/T2 connection and the star point of the motor. 
Please note: The motor current monitoring must be increased by the value of the brake (nominal 
current brake). Set this as per the hybrid motor starter (see Item 4.3, page 18)! 
5.5. Auxiliary relay connection
Auxiliary relay (e.g. PLC RSC 230UC/21, Order No.: 2966207) for activating the external brakes or 
feedback to the PLC must be connected to the connections "4T2" and "N" of the system.
