Using the Auto Zero feature consumes additional power that may be a consideration when

operating your gauge on batteries alone.

Setting the Fan Speed

5. Press the S

peed

keypad button. Notice the Fan Speed %: prompt appears on the

gauge display screen followed by a blinking cursor (as shown next). This feature
enables you to directly enter the fan speed to a value between 1 and 100 percent. For
example, enter a value of 25 and press the e

nteR

keypad button to apply the value.

The fan speed on the test device will gradually increase to the percentage value you
entered.

Depending on what your current Time Average feature is set to while using the Set Speed

feature, it may take longer for the readings on the gauge to update to the actual value.
