Synopsis
Description
This interface enables alarm reporting on a piece of equipment.
The default setting for alarmReporting is “on.” If the alarmReporting status is off, it indicates that a
warning alarm has been raised for it. Prime Optical generates a cleared warning alarm if successful. For
optical NEs, the interface supports the node names as equipment only when the NE alarms are configured
with "off."
