Pay-Per-View and Impulse Pay-Per-View Options

The Enable Purchase PIN Lockout option lets you specify whether you lock out all 

purchase PIN entries after a subscriber enters an incorrect PIN according to the 

lockout parameters that you specify. The PIN Lockout feature reduces the chance 

that a child or unauthorized user will guess the purchase PIN through repeated 

attempts. 
If you do not enable this option, subscribers can enter an unlimited number of PINs.
