The Purchase PIN Lockout Time option lets you specify the length of time (in 

minutes) that all PPV services will be locked out if a subscriber enters an incorrect 

purchase PIN too many times in a specified time frame. At the end of this time, the 

lockout will be removed, and the subscriber can try to enter the correct PIN.
