Overview 
Introduction 
To enjoy many of the features of digital cable, subscribers use their remote controls 
to access their services. By configuring how the set-top responds to some of the keys 
on the remote control, you can provide your subscribers with direct access to some 
of the services that you offer. This chapter covers how to configure the set-top to
