Use this dialog box to associate user and account identification information with
each document you print. Accounting data is collected and stored as jobs are
submitted to the printer.

NOTE

Accounting support and features may vary with each Xerox system. Please consult
the documentation provided with your printer for specific information about the
accounting features available with your system.

Accounting System: Select the type of accounting system used by your
organization. The available options are as follows:

• None
• Accounting Enabled

Once you have enabled the accounting system, a number of options become
available:

• Accounting Enabled:

Prompt for Every Job: Select this option to ensure that the Accounting data
entry dialog appears each time a print job is submitted from an application.
The printer collects and stores accounting information as jobs are submitted
to it, therefore, providing the User and Account IDs each time you print is a
critical part of the print submission process. This selection cannot be used with
Use Default Accounting Codes
