Booklet Finishing is available with the High Capacity Stacker/Stapler with Booklet
Maker and the High Volume Finisher with Booklet Module. Hole Punching is available
with the Office Finisher, the High Capacity Stacker/Stapler with Booklet Module, the
High Volume Finisher, and the High Volume Finisher with Booklet Module. Tri-Fold
options are supported only by the High Volume Finisher with Booklet Module and
optional Folding Unit. Coil Punch is available with the GBC AdvancedPunch. Square
Fold and Trim Outside Edge are available with the Xerox SquareFold Trimmer.

Stapling

If you have a finisher that supports booklet fold and booklet staple, stapling is
available on the Finishing menu.

Use this feature to specify the number of staples to use by selecting from the staple
options presented on the Stapling menu. Select None or select the number and / or
location of staples to insert in each copy. The stapling options vary depending on the
type of finisher.

Options available are:

Some media types, sizes, and weights cannot be stapled. See the user documentation
for your printer for more information about the options available for your finisher
and any restrictions.

Use this dialog box to specify the location of a single staple from the staple options
presented. Select the icon that appears next to the Finishing summary box to validate
your selection.
