Paper/Output Tab
Overview

The Paper/Output tab contains the following items that enable you to select the paper
to use and output options.

 menu, which accesses the Paper Size, Advanced Paper Selection, and Covers

dialog boxes.

• Output and finishing summary and finishing selection menu
•

• Defaults button: Click this button to return all options on the tab to their default

settings.

The following items are located on the bottom of the tab:

 area and

Job Type

Use this feature to select one of the following job types:

• Normal Print: Sends the job directly to the printer where the job prints in the order it

was received.

• Hold Job: Holds the print job file on the print server indefinitely. Once released at the

print server, it will be printed as a normal print job.

•

 Saves the print job on the print server without printing it.

• Save and Print: Prints and saves jobs for later use. The 

box appears to set the saved job parameters.

•

 Enables you to create new forms that can be

merged with variable data in a print job.
