Logging Out
You can log out only from the Not Ready agent state.
When you start CAD-BE, you use a software license. When you close CAD-BE, that
software license is released so it is available for another agent to use. For this reason,
it is important to close CAD-BE when you are done using it.

There are two methods of logging out and closing CAD-BE.

1. Click Logout on the toolbar.

logged out the Reason Code dialog box appears. Choose the appropriate

If you are on a call when you click Logout, you will remain logged in until

With this method there is a small chance that the logout will not properly release the
software license. If this occurs, the software license you are using will not be released
until CAD-BE has been idle for one minute.
