If you use your own icons, the icon file is written to Directory Services when it is
applied to a button so that it is available to all instances of Agent Desktop.

Custom icons must meet the following specifications.

16 × 16 or 32 × 32 pixels

up to 256 colors
To customize an icon:
1. Choose the button whose icon you want to customize.
2. Click Customize Icon.

The icon is displayed in the Preview area.
You can also click Browse to navigate to another location if you wish to use
your own icon.

The button is displayed with the new icon on it in the button list.
