Cisco Cisco Agent Desktop 8.0 Betriebsanweisung

The Show Data Fields tab (see 

) configures the data fields that appear in 

the contact appearance pane in Agent Desktop, and enables you to rename data 
fields.

NOTE:  CAD-BE agents must logout, exit, and log in again for 
changes to take effect.

The left pane displays the fields that appear in Agent Desktop. The right pane 
displays the available fields. 

NOTE:  The left pane must contain at least one field.

1. Use the left and right arrows to move the available fields between the left and 

right panes, and the up and down arrows to set the left-to-right order in which 
the fields will appear in Agent Desktop.

2. Click Apply to save your changes.
