To rename a data field:

Disabling the Duration Field
The Duration field in Agent Desktop’s contact appearance pane can cause problems
for a screen reader application. In order to avoid interfering with a visually-impaired
agent’s screen reader and to make the contact appearance pane accessible,
uncheck the Show duration check box. This check box is checked by default.

Miscellaneous
Use the Miscellaneous tab (
) to configure other user interface options.
Select or check your desired settings, and then click Apply to save your changes.
