Starting Supervisor Desktop
NOTE: In order to be able to use all of Supervisor Desktop’s
functionality, you must first log into Cisco Agent Desktop.

To start Supervisor Desktop:
1. Choose Start > Programs > Cisco > Desktop > Supervisor.

2. Enter your Supervisor Desktop login ID (maximum 12 characters) and
password in the appropriate fields, and then click OK or press Enter.

bar will display “No Service” until you select a team from the Team
drop-down list.

NOTE: Supervisor Desktop can be configured by the Administrator
so that you log in using your login name, not your login ID. The field
name (Login ID or Login Name) will reflect which login method you
should use.
