6.  To print an invoice for your customer, you can choose Print 
from the File menu.

Entering an Order from a Customer 
Enter an order in Simply Accounting when you sell goods or 
services that you have not yet shipped. 
If you ship only part of an order, you must enter the transaction 
as an order first. Then, you can fill part of the order. For more 
information on filling orders, see “Filling an Order or Quote” 
later in this chapter. 
If you have already entered a quote for the order, you should 
follow the instructions in “Entering an Order for Goods and 
Services Based on a Quote” later in this chapter. 
1.  In the Home window, choose the Sales, Orders, and Quotes 
icon. 
2.  In the Transaction field, select Sales Order. 
3.  Fill out the order just as you would for a sale. (For more 
information on sales, see “Entering a Sales,” earlier in this 
chapter.)
