End of Period 
Accounting is set to allow you to enter transactions in the 
previous year: 
1.  In the Home window, from the Setup menu, choose System 
Settings and then Settings. 
2.  Click the System tab, and make sure that Allow Transactions 
In Previous Year is checked. 
3. Click 
OK. 
4.  Make the adjusting entries (dated in the previous year).
