deduction fields, 
remember to rename the 
linked accounts 
(described in Chapter 2).

Enter Canadian Payroll Tax Information 
 
1.  In the Home window, on the Setup menu, choose System 
Settings, then Settings.  
2.  Click the Payroll tab and fill in the information.  
 
Indicate the taxes that 
apply to each type of 
income. 
Enter the EI (Employment 
Insurance), EHT (Employer 
Health Tax, for Ontario and 
Newfoundland), and QHSF 
(Quebec Health Services 
Fund) rates. 
Indicate whether the item is 
regular income, a benefit, or 
a reimbursement.  
Check the Vacation box 
to calculate vacation pay. 
 
3.  Click the Payroll Deductions tab and fill in the information.
