On the Project tab, enter a 
new name. The name will 
appear in the Home 
window and on any 
screens and reports that 
relate to projects. 
 
2.  Click OK.  
Decide How to Allocate  
 
You can allocate amounts to projects by either percentage or 
amount. On paycheques, you can also allocate by hours.  
1.  In the Home window, on the Setup menu, choose System 
Settings, then Settings.  
2.  Click the Project tab and fill in the information.  
Select the allocation 
method you want to 
use. 
If you normally allocate the 
full amount of revenues or 
expenses to projects, 
check this box. The 
program will warn you if 
you try to process an entry 
with less than the full 
amount allocated. 
 
3. Click 
OK.
