 If you want to stop frying, press the on/off button for - seconds to switch off the fryer.

Unplug the appliance after use.
Note:If you do not use the fryer regularly, remove the oil or liquid fat. Store the oil or liquid fat in well-
closed containers, preferably in the refrigerator or in a cool place.
Quantities, temperatures and frying times (Fig. 2)
In figure 2 you find an overview of the quantities, frying temperatures and preparation times for 
various types of food. Always stick to the information in this table or on the package of the food to
be fried.
Cleaning
Let the oil or fat cool down for at least  hours before you clean or move the fryer.
Do not use any abrasive (liquid) cleaning agents or materials (e.g. scouring pads) to clean the 
appliance. 
Never immerse the control panel with the heating element in water nor rinse it under the tap. If 
necessary, clean this part with a moist cloth.

 Remove the lid.  (Fig. )
  
 Remove the basket from the fryer.
  
 Remove the control panel with the heating element from the fryer and put it in a safe, dry 
place.  (Fig. 1)
  
 Remove the water tray from the fryer and empty it.

 Lift the inner bowl out of the appliance and pour out the oil or fat. (Fig. 15)

 Clean the housing, the inner bowl, the lid, the water tray and the frying basket in the 
dishwasher or in hot water with some washing-up liquid. Rinse them with fresh water and 
dry them properly.
storage
Let the oil or fat cool down for at least 4 hours before you store the fryer.

 Put all parts back into the fryer housing in the following order: inner bowl, control panel with 
heating element, water tray, frying basket and lid.
  
 Push the cord into the cord storage compartment.  (Fig. 16)
  
 Lift the fryer by its handles and store it. (Fig. 17)
Frying tips
For an overview of quantities, frying temperatures and frying times, see chapter ‘Quantities,
temperatures and frying times’.
Carefully shake off as much ice and water as possible and dab the food to be fried until it is
properly dry.
Do not fry very large quantities in one go. Consult chapter ‘Quantities, temperatures and frying
times’ ( - indicated the recommended quantity).
