6.  Once all selections have been made click the ‘OK’ button to run the report
The report is displayed on the screen. Options are available to set-up and print the report.
Report From Date
In the ‘From Date’ field, enter the date that the report is to display information from. The default is the
current date.
The date is in the format dd/mm/yy
To enter the date either:
1.
Click on the ‘dd’ digits
The day digits are highlighted
2.
Overtype with the new day digits
3.
Repeat above for ‘mm’ and ‘yy’ digits
Or
4.
Click arrow button to right of date and select the date from the calendar
Report To Date
In the ‘To Date’ field, enter the last date that the report is to display information for. The default is the
current date.
The date is in the format dd/mm/yy
To enter the date either:
1.
Click on the ‘dd’ digits
The day digits are highlighted
2.
Overtype with the new day digits
3.
Repeat above for ‘mm’ and ‘yy’ digits
Or
4.
Click arrow button to right of date and select the date from the calendar
Alarm Database Report From Time
In the ‘From Time’ field, enter the time that the report is to display information from on each selected
day. The default is 00:00
To change the time which is in the format hh:mm:ss
1.
Click on the ‘hh’ digits.
The hours digits are highlighted
Either:

Use the arrow keys on the right to increment/decrement the hours
Or
Overtype with the new hours
3.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 for minutes and seconds digits
Alarm Database Report To Time
In the ‘To Time’ field, enter the ending time that the report is to display information on each selected
day. The default is 23:59:59
To change the time which is in the format hh:mm:ss
1.
Click on the ‘hh’ digits.
The hours digits are highlighted
Either:

Use the arrow keys on the right to increment/decrement the hours
