Time Zone Report
To run a time zone report to screen or printer:
1.
From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2.
Select ‘System’ ! ’User Setup’.
The ‘User Setup’ dialog box displays.
3.
Click the ‘Setup Automatic TimeZones’ button.
The ‘Time Zone Form’ displays.
4.
Click the ‘Print’ button.
The time zone report is displayed on the screen.
User Report
To display an existing system users details:
1.
From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2.
Select ‘Password’ ! ’Edit Password’.
The ‘Master Password Setup’ dialog box displays.
3.
Click the ‘Print’ button
The User report is displayed on the screen. Options are available to set-up and print the report.
Walk Test Report
The Walk Test Report allows the user to print a list of the zones requiring a Walk Test. The report is the
same list as is displayed at the bottom of the Map Viewer screen when the ‘Options’ radio button is set
to ‘Walk Test’. This gives Zone number, Description, Warning Threshold, and Days since Walk Test.

1.
From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2.
Select ‘Reports’ ! ‘Walk Test Report’.
Or
Click the ‘Walk Test Report’ button (button with the page + 2 people icon)
The Walk Test report displays, options are available to print the report.
