After all the connections have been made, switch on the 3GS panel and follow the normal cold start

The Datalog can now be powered up and will configure the 3GS correctly. If a communication error
is reported by the Datalog, check that the serial wiring is correct and preferably check using a RS232
LED patch box to observe the data signals.

Connection to Aplex Panel
Connect all LEMS to the Aplex system following the normal manufacturer's procedures. Connect
the Datalog to a serial connection on the Aplex panel following the connection diagram below (Or if
line drivers are in use consult the line driver manual).
