XENPAK-OTN model number. For example, Juniper index number 32 corresponds to the factory-set frequency 193.2 THz,
which corresponds to model number XENPAK-1XGE-32A-OTN. The other Juniper index number corresponds to the alternate
frequency. For example, Juniper index number 33 corresponds to the alternate frequency 193.3 THz.
