8.5.4  Testing 

 

[R9-1] All PCBs shall be electrically tested per the IPC-9251 specification. 

[R9-2] All PCBs shall have AOI up to the quality level which is defined by the Manufacturer’s AOI testing equipment. 

[R9-3] At least 4% of the PCBs should have a manual visual inspection. 

[R9-4] All devices shall have undergone functional testing defined by Eccel and described in a separate document. 

 

8.5.5  Documentation 

 

[R10-1] The hardware version of the PCB shall be ‘BioRad RFID Reader v2.0’ which is read as BioRad RFID Reader 
version 2 revision 0. 

[R10-2] The firmware version used for programming shall be ‘RFID A1-1 v2.1’ which is read as RFID A1-1 version 2 
revision 1. 

 

8.5.6  Packaging and Delivery 

 

[R11-1] Each PCB shall be dismantled and deburred. 

[R11-2] Each PCB shall be individually packaged in a way that each package will be: 

•  Sealed. 
•  Providing antistatic shielding in the way that the packaged product can be carried outside ESD Protected 

Areas. 

[R11-3] Each batch shall be delivered with a certificate of quality control. 

[R11-4] Each batch shall be delivered with a certificate of RoHS conformity. 

[R11-5] Each PCB shall be delivered without accessories of automatic mounting of components. 

[R11-6] Each PCB shall have all technical edges removed. 

[R11-7] The PCB shall not be delivered in a panel. 

 

8.5.7  Programming 

 

[R12-1] Each PCB shall be programmed with firmware pointed in chapter 8.5.5.
