Field technicians can access the TN802 circuit pack through:

pcAnywhere client software

●

A directly-connected keyboard, monitor, and mouse

1. Attach a male-to-male serial cable and a NULL modem connector (if not built into the 

cable you use) to the COM2 connector (Note 8 in 

on page 1515). Attach the other end to the serial port of your laptop.

2. Launch the pcANYWHERE application.

3. Click on Add Remote Control Item.

4. In the Properties window, choose the communication port to which you connected the 

cable in Step 1.

Internal error on the IP Trunk. System shuts down and sends an error 

message to the board.

The system is in the process of shutting down due to a front panel button 

press. Do not attempt to remove board.
