Invalid LAPD Frame Error Counter Test (#597)
This test is nondestructive.
A C-LAN detects an invalid frame when it receives:

a frame with a CRC error
●
an unrecognizable frame
●
a recognizable frame in an unexpected state
When the C-LAN circuit pack detects an invalid LAPD frame, it increments the Invalid LAPD
Frame error counter. This test reads and clears the counter, and verifies the repair of the
problem.
