5.2. Operation of 16-bit Input Capture
The operation of 16-bit Input capture is shown below.
Input capture is used to detect a specified effective edge. When an effective edge is detected, an interrupt flag
is set and the value of the 16-bit free-run timer is loaded to the capture register.
