5.3.5. Wake Up from the Sleep Mode
Wake up from the sleep mode is described below.
The sleep mode is terminated under the following conditions:

Reset

Generation of interrupt request whose value of corresponding ICR register is value other than "0x1F"
⋅
Generation of NMI request
⋅
Generation of tool break while connected to ICE
For the wake up caused by an interrupt request, the CPU does not necessarily have to be set so as to accept
this interrupt request. When an interrupt request is not accepted, the program starts from the instruction next
to the instruction which activated the sleep mode.
In the bus sleep mode, the on-chip bus clock (HCLK) is temporarily returned by generating the DMA
transfer request and DMA transfer is performed. After the DMA transfer is ended, the on-chip bus clock
(HCLK) is stopped again.
