[bit3] LVD_OE (Low Voltage Detect power fall Output Enable) 

This bit enables the output of the signal when a fall of the internal power supply voltage is detected.

If a power-on reset or a drop in the internal power supply voltage is detected, the LVD_F bit is set to "1".
