To look up user information, enter the user’s username and domain and click “Look Up

Overview
The Account Reset Console can allow users to verify their identity and reset forgotten
passwords by answering a series of questions.

Identity configuration is located under the “Accounts” menu item, in the “Set Up My Identity”
