Setting Up Identity Information
If the Account Reset Console is configured to allow users to verify their identity, and there are
questions that the users can supply answers for, users will be given the opportunity to answer
these questions on this page. Each user-configurable question will be listed.

To change your answers, simply enter the new value into the “Answer” box below the
appropriate question and click “Save Verification Info”. The Account Reset Console will save
the new answer to the database provided by your system administrators.
