Print a menu settings page to review the current menu settings and to verify printer options are installed correctly.

Make sure the printer is on and Ready appears.

On the home screen, touch

Touch Menu Settings Page.

If the printer is attached to a network, print a network setup page to verify the network connection. This page also
provides important information that aids network printing configuration.

Make sure the printer is on and Ready appears.

There are Help menu pages or guides stored in the printer which contain reference information about using the
printer and performing printing tasks. You can access them by printing them from the Help menu. You may select
to print each one individually, or select Print All to print all of them.

Only four language translations for these guides are stored in the printer, so if you do not find the language you
need, see the Software and Documentation CD for other translations.

Make sure the printer is on and Ready appears.

On the home screen, touch

Touch Help.

Touch Print all guides.

The full collection of Help menu pages prints; however, if you want to print only one of the guides, touch the
name of the guide instead of “Print all guides.”

Note: It is recommended that once you print the guides, you store them in a convenient location near the printer
so others can reference them.
