Custom –   

 

Use “Custom” to specify IP multicast address range for 
allowed IP multicast group setting. The IGMP register 
behavior, it will be according to the allowed IP multicast 
group list to do limitation. Only allowed IP multicast group 
can do IGMP registration successfully.   

VID: 

Any -   
”Any” means without VID limitation for the allowed IP 
multicast group, it can belong any VID for IGMP 
registration. 
Custom – 

 

Use “Custom” to specify VID for the allowed IP multicast 
group. The allowed IP multicast group must belong to the 
specific VID, then it can do IGMP registration successfully. 
If the IP multicast address did not belong to the specific VID, 
it will be limited to do IGMP registration. 

Port: 

Any -   
”Any” means all ports are included in the allowed IP 
multicast group port members. Any ports on the switch can 
do the IGMP registration to join the allowed IP multicast 
group. 
Custom – 

 

Use “Custom” to select the ports on the switch, they will be 
the allowed IP multicast group members. Only the member 
ports can do the IGMP registration to join the allowed IP 
multicast group. 

Add: 

Click on “Add” to add an entry into allowed group list.   

Edit: 

Select one of entry from the allowed group list, then click on 
“Edit” to modify this entry’s parameters (Including IP Range, 
VID and Port).
